What if I've never done a real estate deal before?

You need to show up and pay attention. Everyone starts Night 1 from the same foundation.

Do I need money saved up to start flipping?

No. Most investors don't use their own cash — and Night 3 is dedicated entirely to this. You'll learn how hard money lenders work and how to get pre-approved before you even find a deal, how to use business credit as a capital source, how private lenders and equity partners structure deals, and how capital stacking lets you combine multiple sources so your out-of-pocket on a $150,000 flip can be as little as $38,500. Not having $100K saved is not a reason to wait.

What if I have bad credit or no credit?

It's addressed directly inside the workshop. My team includes a credit specialist — Marina — who works with investors specifically on building and leveraging credit as a funding tool. You'll understand where you stand, what's fixable, and how credit factors into your funding path before Night 3 ends. Bad credit is a starting point, not a disqualifier.

What if I miss a night?

Replays are available for VIP/Platinum members. If you're a standard member and you miss a night, that content is gone. That's not an accident — each session builds on the last, and the people who get the most out of this are the ones who show up live, ask questions, and do the homework. If you know your schedule is unpredictable, grab VIP before Night 1.

I have a full-time job. Can I still do this?

Yes — and the schedule was built around that. Sessions run 7–8PM EST nightly so you're not choosing between this and your job. The 60-day action plan you leave with on Night 5 is also built for people who are executing around a full-time schedule, not people who have 40 hours a week to dedicate to real estate. You don't need to quit anything to start.

There's no credit card required. What's the catch?

The catch is you have to show up. This is a live workshop, not a course you buy and forget about. Each session is one hour, live on Zoom, and when it's done it's done for standard members. On Night 5 there's an opportunity to continue working with me inside a structured program — that's paid. The five nights are not. You don't need anyone lined up before you register. You'll have a list of who to find and how to find them before Night 4 ends.

What happens after the 5 days?

You'll leave with a roadmap, a funding path, and a 60-day action plan that starts the week after this ends. For people who want to keep moving with structure, accountability, and support as they execute their first deal — Night 5 covers the First Flip Accelerator, which is the next step for serious buyers. For a smaller number of people who want direct involvement and a more hands-on path, there's a separate option covered on Night 5 as well. Both are optional. Both are for people who are ready to move, not people still deciding.
